Not automatically — yet. The PDF and copyable text are formatted to paste directly into the scorecard sections of major ATSs in under a minute.

How are competencies weighted?

We extract must-have vs nice-to-have requirements from the JD and weight them accordingly, then let you adjust before exporting.
