Are these templates legally safe?

They are written to minimize legal exposure — no specific reasons that could expose you to discrimination claims, no language that promises feedback we cannot deliver. They are not legal advice — for high-risk markets, have your employment counsel review.

Which languages are supported?

Twelve major business languages out of the box: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Swahili.

Which pipeline stages are covered?

Five: CV reject, post-screen, post-first round, post-final round, and silver medalist (inviting reapplication). You pick any of them, and can add a brief constructive feedback version for each. One run covers up to 5 stages × 4 languages.

Can I customize the templates with my brand?

Yes. Signature blocks, company name, and tone are all placeholders you can edit before sending.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If the tool fails to generate or the output is unusable, email coffee@screeq.com within 7 days for a full refund. We process refunds within 2 business days, no questions asked.
